◦ In exchange for your payment of the (“License Fee”) associated with the applicable sound recording and/or sample pack provided via this website (each “Sample”), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in this sample pack (“Sample Pack”) in your personal and commercial music projects, including songs, beats, videos, and other multimedia works.

2. Permitted Uses

◦ You may:

• Use the sounds in your music projects for distribution on platforms like SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music.
• Modify the sounds for creative purposes.
• Sell beats created using the sounds on platforms like BeatStars without credit splits.

3. Prohibited Uses

◦ You may not:

• Use or distribute the sounds in isolation or as part of another sample pack.
• Sell, share, or sublicense the sample pack to others.
• Use the name or likeness of the producers of the pack without permission.
• Use these sounds as source material for AI training or other generative technologies.

4. Special Terms for Major Success

◦ If your project:

• Reaches over one million cumulative streams or sales, or 
• Is released by a major record label,
You must contact us to arrange a licensing agreement. We retain 20% of the composer/producer share of royalties & advances.

5. Representations and Warranties

◦ We warrant that all sounds in this pack are original and free of third-party claims. You warrant that your use will comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Termination

◦ This license is revoked if terms are violated, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

◦ This agreement is governed by Florida, US law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in Florida.
