This agreement is between The Hill Sounds (“we” or “us”) and the purchaser/user of the sample pack (“you”).

In exchange for your payment of the (“License Fee”) associated with the applicable sound recording and/or sample pack provided via this website, you are granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the sounds in this sample pack (“Sample Pack”) in your personal and commercial music projects, including songs, beats, videos, and other multimedia works.

You agree to the following terms:

Permitted Uses

1. You may use the sounds in your personal or commercial music projects, including songs, beats, videos, or multimedia works, with no need for additional royalties or permissions.
2. You may distribute your projects using these sounds on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, BeatStars, and other music or video platforms.
3. You may modify the sounds as you see fit to suit your creative vision.

Prohibited Uses

1. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the sounds as standalone audio files, whether in their original form or as part of another sample pack, sound library, or similar product.
2. You may not upload or use the sounds as-is in any stock music, sound effects, or AI training libraries.
3. You may not use the name or likeness of The Hill Sounds or the creators of the sounds without explicit permission.

Legal Stuff

• We warrant that the sounds in this sample pack are original and free from third-party claims.
• You agree that your use of the sounds will comply with all applicable laws and not infringe upon third-party rights.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, US.
